Every visit is delivered by a police-checked, fully trained worker carefully matched to your home and routine.

Assistance with household chores
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, surface wiping, bathroom and kitchen cleans — completed to a checklist you've agreed in advance.

Washing, drying, folding, ironing and bed changes — including delicates and any special-care items.

Common questions
Do the caregivers belong to your organisation, or are they from a third-party provider?+
All our support workers are directly employed by Ruhil Care — never sub-contracted. That means consistent training, supervision, screening and accountability for every visit.
Where does Ruhil Care provide its services?+
We deliver domestic supports across Greater Western Sydney including Penrith, Blacktown, Parramatta, Bella Vista, the Hills District and surrounding suburbs. Outside these areas? Call us — we may still be able to help.
What are the hours when the workers are available?+
Workers are available 7 days a week from early mornings through to evenings. Overnight and weekend visits can be arranged for participants whose plans include them.
What kind of services does Ruhil Care provide in domestic support?+
Cleaning, laundry, ironing, bed changes, dishes, meal prep, decluttering, organising, basic garden tidy and bin management — anything that keeps your home running smoothly.
Will I be appointed a personal worker?+
Yes — wherever possible the same worker comes every visit, with a backup worker you also know for leave and sick days. Continuity and trust are central to how we work.
If my needs change, can I change my services?+
Absolutely. With 14 days' notice you can change tasks, frequency, timing or your assigned worker — no penalties, no awkward conversations.
Do I need to pay the travel costs for the support workers?+
Travel is charged in line with the NDIS Price Guide for the specific support category. We're upfront about any travel charges before service starts so there are no surprises on your statement.
